About the Artist:

Morgan Caricchio is an Illustrator, bookmaker and screen printer. They primarily are a traditional artist who works to find and visualize the simple yet effective ways to convey a feeling in imagery both through use of influences in both the natural world and the fantasy world as well. Through their studies in undergraduate and their own self-exploration in different mediums, they have begun to develop a personal and unique style that supplements their work in many forms; these being books, sequential projects and prints as well. As both an illustrator and screen printer Morgan had started to find a place within their work to explore the interesting storylines of how life and creative melds into a single and inspiring never ending story. Through this they create singular pieces of imagery that encompasses snapshots of these storylines. In primarily being a traditional artist, Morgan focuses on multiple mediums; utilizing watercolors, inks, bookmaking, and a plethora of mixed media techniques, as well as screen-printing. In their most recent and current work, they have used their growing knowledge of screen-printing to explore the wide range of ways to convey the storylines of life they experience. Morgan strives to keep their work simple in their own style while also keeping it fresh and endearing.
